In a part of the country known for its carefree attitude, the deep south can definitely create some chaos when it wants. No trip to the south would be complete without a visit to New Orleans, where Creole food, Jazz music and festivals like Carnival and Mardi Gras attract some of the world's most devoted party-goers and food aficionados. In Texas, as they say, bigger is always better. In the larger areas of Dallas-Fort Worth, any city goer will enjoy all the wonderful aspects of life in a big city - lots of cars, people, and of course, food. In San Antonio, 'Remember the Alamo,' but don't forget to visit Market Square, a farmer's market filled with a huge variety of goods in true American fashion.
