The sleepy, polite, pink sanded islands that make up Bermuda are a quiet haven of afternoon teas in front of perfect oceanic views. Dolphins leap from cornflower seas as men in shorts and ties, fresh from the cricket pitch sip cocktails with women in floral pastels that match the shades of the buildings which line the short, pretty streets. The beaches are varied but the interiors mostly moist, green and exotic.

These 180 odd islands and coral islets have only two season, summer, perfect for diving, snorkelling, sailing and messing around in the water with the marine life - on ships or without - and winter, perfect for a cool, sunny, cheap getaway.
